• Lead a team of instructional designers while actively participating in the creation and development of educational solutions.

• Establish tactical and operational objectives for the team, ensuring prompt delivery of learning materials.

• Supervise various instructional design projects and execute quality assurance procedures.

• Commit to ongoing improvement and innovation to boost learning effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing teams of instructional designers.

• Expertise in creating and developing learning experiences, including ILT, vILT, eLearning, and more.

• Capability to define, delegate, and oversee instructional design projects.

• Demonstrated history of innovative strategies for learning solutions.

• Knowledge of current learning technology trends and the ability to evaluate data for effectiveness.
