This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Perform assessments to identify training needs and gather requirements from internal teams.
• Create learning objectives that clearly outline the desired outcomes of training.
• Design comprehensive training curricula and learning plans aimed at achieving performance goals.
• Develop training program plans while managing schedules and dependencies effectively.
• Produce training materials such as PowerPoint presentations, handouts, scenarios, exercises, and various documents.
• Travel to client organization locations to evaluate training needs as necessary.
• Create and execute training assessments to ensure retention of knowledge and skills.
• Assist in the preparation of reference materials.
• Engage in post-training analysis, feedback collection, and necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate extensively with various cross-functional department teams.
• Carry out executive-level learning strategy, curriculum design, and program planning activities.
• A minimum of 4–5 years of experience in creating and delivering content within a technology environment in an instructional designer capacity.
• Proven experience in program management for the development, definition, and delivery of new programs.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies such as PROSCI is preferred and beneficial.
• Proficient in coordinating training efforts, including scheduling classrooms, printing materials, accessing training databases, and resolving training technology issues.
• Knowledgeable in conducting training needs assessments.
• Basic understanding of curriculum development, which encompasses analysis, instructional design, outlines, learning objectives, materials, and assessments.
• Capable of communicating complex training content, addressing queries, and ensuring comprehension.
• Competent in delivering digital/online, classroom, or one-on-one training sessions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong expertise in PowerPoint and relevant learning tool platforms.
• Coaching or Training certification is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Must have full authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship or transfer.
• Availability to work during Central Time business hours is required.
