This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison between PTL and various stakeholder groups.

• Promote awareness of the learning portfolio among stakeholders and advocate for the benefits of enablement programs.

• Cultivate a culture of innovative thinking by organizing workshops and planning sessions.

• Assess the necessary balance of courses, assessments, and certification exams to achieve technical competency objectives.

• Oversee the 'Plan-Build-Run-Retire' lifecycle for all educational resources in your designated portfolio.

• Regularly review the portfolio in relation to industry trends and feedback from stakeholders.

• Identify appropriate channels to disseminate information about PTL learning assets among stakeholder groups.

• Prioritize development initiatives based on business impact, resource availability, and technical urgency.

• Facilitate the progression from 'idea' to 'development', ensuring alignment among subject matter experts and content creators.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D), Product Management, or Technical Program Management.

• Capable of understanding the 'big picture' and synthesizing diverse stakeholder needs into a cohesive strategy.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

• Proficient in analyzing consumption and effectiveness metrics to connect performance with business outcomes.

• Familiarity with Tech Level 1, 2, and 3 project requirements and review processes.

• Strong abilities in promotional and communication activities.
