Learning Facilitator – Security and Property Protection – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Instruction related to the subject will be provided from the home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D ®.

• Various teaching methodologies will be applied in the design of lessons.

• Preparation and design of learning materials pertinent to lessons will be conducted in accordance with the curriculum.

• Assessments will be carried out to evaluate competency improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed vocational training and/or degree in the security sector is required.

• Qualification as a Specialist for Protection and Security is a minimum requirement.

• A certificate of the IHK proficiency exam as per § 34a GewO is mandatory.

• Professional experience within the security industry is essential.

• Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, or educator is advantageous.

• Evidence of pedagogical competence (e.g., trainer qualification according to AEVO) is necessary.

• Methodical and didactic abilities in delivering instructional content are required.

• An independent, structured work style with a high level of personal responsibility is expected.

• Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork are essential.
