Learning Facilitator – Science

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Be accessible every day from 10:00-11:00 am Eastern Standard Time to respond to student inquiries and offer academic support in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

• Deliver one-on-one and small-group interventions for students requiring extra assistance.

• Clarify scientific concepts through various methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.

• Assist students in relating scientific principles to real-life situations.

• Motivate students to become self-sufficient and confident learners.

• Track each student's academic development on a daily and weekly basis using the school's online learning systems.

• Recognize students who are lagging behind or facing difficulties with particular concepts.

• Revise grades and progress reports within the school's learning management systems.

• Collaborate with an in-class coach to organize and oversee hands-on laboratory activities and demonstrations that enhance the online curriculum.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a Science-related field.

• At least 5 years of experience teaching high school science.

• Extensive knowledge of one or more of the following subjects:

• ○ Biology

• ○ Chemistry

• ○ Physics

• The capability to teach across various science disciplines is highly preferred.

• Strong comprehension of high school science curricula and effective instructional strategies.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
