This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction remotely from your home using WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Utilize a variety of teaching methods to design and implement lessons

• Develop and produce instructional materials that align with the curriculum

• Conduct assessments to evaluate competency

• Select, configure, and utilize contemporary AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and n8n

• Create, optimize, and assess media content generated by AI

• Teach practical applications of AI throughout the marketing process

• Formulate innovative teaching strategies for Digital Marketing, Social Media, and E-Commerce

• Keep abreast of current AI trends and tools, while independently enhancing expertise

• Represent the subject area passionately and insightfully as a trainer

• Assist participants in enhancing their professional skills and integrating into the workforce

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or Marketing

• Proven experience with Generative AI

• Proficient in using ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar large language models (LLMs)

• Knowledgeable in Prompt Engineering

• Experience with AI tools for generating images and videos

• Understanding of AI Governance, data protection, and Responsible AI practices

• Demonstrated experience in adult education, including a minimum of 600 hours of training experience

• Evidence of pedagogical competence, such as an AEVO trainer certification

• Strong methodological and didactic abilities for delivering educational content

• Capable of clearly explaining complex subjects to learners at various levels

• Independent and organized working style with a high level of personal accountability

• Excellent communication and teaching skills

• Command of the German language at C2 proficiency level

• At least two areas of professional specialization supported by relevant work experience

• Expertise in Digital Marketing, including data-driven marketing strategies, SEO, SEA, Social Media Advertising, Customer Journey Mapping, Branding, HTML5, CSS3, and legal fundamentals of online marketing

• Expertise in Social Media, including Content Creation, video production, Reels, Storytelling, Community Management, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Influencer Marketing, media law, and Branding

• Expertise in E-Commerce, including Data-Driven Marketing, E-Commerce strategies, Marketplace Positioning, building and optimizing online stores, CMS platforms, HTML5, and SEO/SEA in E-Commerce
