This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Develop engaging and impactful learning experiences for Jackrabbit Academy, the client education platform of Jackrabbit.
• Design and create training materials that facilitate clients in successfully learning, adopting, and utilizing Jackrabbit features and workflows.
• Produce client-facing educational content, including online courses, tutorials, videos, assessments, and guided walkthroughs.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Support, Implementation, Client Success, and other teams to pinpoint learning opportunities, comprehend product functionalities, and ensure educational content meets client needs and business objectives.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Jackrabbit functionalities, workflows, and client use cases.
• Evaluate new features and workflows within Jackrabbit environments to confirm training accuracy and effectiveness.
• Work with stakeholders to collect feedback and enhance the quality and effectiveness of learning experiences and content.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of learning paths, course structures, and client education programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Learning Technologies, Business, or a related field; or equivalent combined education and relevant experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in creating online learning content, client education programs, instructional materials, or similar learning experiences.
• Proficient written communication and instructional design capabilities.
• Ability to distill complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience in developing learning content for software, technology, or digital products.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to the quality and accuracy of content.
• Capability to handle multiple projects and priorities within a collaborative setting.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (for Charlotte-based employees) or 25% (for those outside of Charlotte).
• Must have reliable high-speed internet access.
