This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee Course Production: Manage all facets of online course production, including conducting market analysis, setting course objectives, identifying target audiences, and working closely with instructors.

• Handle Timelines and Budgets: Ensure projects remain on schedule by overseeing production timelines and confirming all tasks are completed punctually and within budget constraints.

• Collaborate with Teams: Partner with our instructional design, marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure that course content aligns with educational objectives and fulfills the needs of our learners.

• Build Relationships with Instructors: Develop strong partnerships with instructors, assisting them in preparing and rehearsing course materials.

• Maintain Quality & Relevance: Assess course content, marketing materials, and sales documentation for accuracy, clarity, and learner benefit.

• Approach Problems Creatively: Address any issues that arise during the production process with innovative solutions and a positive mindset.
