Learning Experience Consultant, Child Psychology, Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance educational experiences across various subjects utilizing child-centered and research-informed strategies

• Develop and refine curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and instructional methods that align with cognitive development stages

• Utilize principles from child psychology and learning sciences to boost student engagement and retention

• Collaborate with academic, product, and instructional teams to ensure the delivery of consistent and high-quality learning experiences

• Introduce and implement evidence-based teaching strategies to maximize classroom effectiveness

• Analyze student behavior, feedback, and performance data to perpetually enhance learning journeys

• Construct structured, age-appropriate, and level-based curriculum pathways for diverse groups of learners

• Ensure that learning solutions are scalable while maintaining educational quality and effectiveness

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong academic foundation in Educational Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Learning Sciences, Developmental Psychology, or Child Psychology

• Experience in curriculum design, instructional design, or learning experience design (LX)

• Profound understanding of cognitive development stages and learning behaviors in children and adolescents

• Capability to translate educational theory into practical, engaging, and scalable learning experiences

• Familiarity with pedagogical frameworks and contemporary teaching methodologies

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret student data and enhance learning outcomes

• Experience in EdTech or K-12 educational settings is a plus

• Collaborative mindset with the capacity to work across cross-functional teams
