πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Create and enhance content utilizing various modalities, such as video, simulation, in-person training, live virtual learning, and web-based formats. Employ tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise, Camtasia, and Microsoft Office/PowerPoint.

β€’ Design and implement training for all team members, ensuring that the content is tailored to specific roles and aligns with the organization's objectives.

β€’ Ensure the accuracy and consistency of training materials by obtaining prior approval for modifications or new content from Subject Matter Experts (SME), Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and Legal.

β€’ Lead specialized Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) sessions on topics such as DOT BAT, Urine Collection, DOT guidelines, EPS, Spirometry, POC testing, OSHA compliance, QA protocols, and additional topics requested by management, delivered virtually to team members in all markets.

β€’ Assess learner performance by observing behaviors and identifying challenges like negative attitudes, skill deficiencies, attendance issues, or training obstacles, and relay insights to clinical field trainers, Multi-Site Managers, and Human Resources.

β€’ Assist in project management activities, including the creation and updating of comprehensive project plans.

β€’ Review existing training and data to propose new training initiatives, updates, development tools, and applications.

β€’ Contribute to departmental goals and priorities by monitoring training records, reporting on program advancements, and coordinating logistics for VILT sessions.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.

β€’ Experience in instructional design, learning and development (L&D), and training facilitation.

β€’ Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a knack for engaging effectively with diverse groups.

β€’ Understanding of adult learning theories and principles.

β€’ Skilled in developing, designing, and editing instructional materials.

β€’ Proficient in software programs such as Articulate RISE 360, Storyline, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Vyond, Camtasia, Monday.com, and Smartsheet.

β€’ Competent in Microsoft Office Suite – including multiple Outlook accounts, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, etc., as well as SharePoint.

β€’ Capable of organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple tasks efficiently.

β€’ Proven ability to deliver engaging and impactful educational content.

β€’ Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized, with a strong focus on accuracy in content and logistics.

β€’ Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
