This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, implement, and oversee structured onboarding programs for new employees.
• Create and deliver compliance training to adhere to company policies and legal standards.
• Develop engaging and scalable programs for leadership and management development.
• Organize and document training related to products and systems across various departments.
• Leverage the Learning Management System (LMS) to assign, monitor, and report on training progress and certifications.
• Collaborate with HR, team leaders, and department heads to pinpoint training requirements and bridge performance gaps.
• Evaluate training results and suggest enhancements based on data and feedback.
• Ensure that all training materials are up-to-date, accessible, and in line with the company's values and objectives.
• A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, or employee development (beyond general HR).
• Practical experience with LMS platforms and monitoring learning progress.
• Strong skills in content development and facilitation, both online and in-person.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and project management abilities.
• Understanding of adult learning theories and best practices in instructional design.
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, iSpring).
• Experience in HR, talent management, or employee engagement.
• Certification in Training & Development or Instructional Design.
