Learning Development Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and continuously enhance key Learning & Development initiatives that align with business objectives. This involves identifying resource requirements, overseeing project timelines, and assessing program effectiveness. Initiatives may encompass onboarding, leadership and manager development, coaching, continuing education, certifications, and content curation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to grasp business challenges, foresee capability requirements, and co-create learning solutions that enhance performance and support transformation initiatives.

• Design and produce engaging, learner-centered L&D content and materials across various modalities (in-person, virtual, eLearning, blended, coaching, job aids, and performance support tools), utilizing adult learning principles and learning science.

• Facilitate and/or conduct live training sessions, workshops, and cohort-based learning experiences in both physical and virtual settings, tailoring delivery to accommodate diverse audiences.

• Employ data, feedback, and learning analytics to assess program effectiveness, monitor outcomes, and perpetually refine learning experiences.

• Utilize learning technologies (e.g., LMS/LXP, digital content platforms) and investigate AI-driven tools to improve learning design, personalization, and efficiency.

• Equip managers and leaders to reinforce learning through toolkits, coaching guides, and practical application resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in learning & development, enablement, instructional design, or a similar field.

• Strong capability to design, deliver, and facilitate learning experiences for both small and large groups, in-person, virtual, and hybrid, across a variety of audiences.

• Proven ability to leverage data and insights to guide decisions, influence stakeholders, and assess learning impact.

• Demonstrated project management expertise, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong consulting and partnership abilities; adept at collaborating effectively with all levels of the organization.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Innovative, inquisitive, and solutions-focused, with a continuous improvement and experimentation mindset.

• Experience in designing blended and scalable learning solutions that facilitate real-world application.

• Proficient in eLearning design and development tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia), with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Foundational digital and AI fluency, with the capability to explore and responsibly integrate new tools to enhance learning outcomes.

• Strong dedication to inclusive, accessible, and equitable learning design.
