Learning Development Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and enhance core Learning & Development initiatives that align with business objectives. This includes assessing resource requirements, managing project timelines, and evaluating program effectiveness. Programs may encompass onboarding, leadership and managerial development, coaching, ongoing education, certifications, and content curation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to identify business challenges, anticipate capability requirements, and co-create learning solutions that enhance performance and facilitate change initiatives.

• Design and create engaging, learner-centered L&D content and resources across various modalities (in-person, virtual, eLearning, blended, coaching, job aids, and performance support tools), applying principles of adult learning and learning science.

• Facilitate and/or conduct live training sessions, workshops, and cohort-based learning experiences in both in-person and virtual settings, adapting delivery methods to accommodate diverse audiences.

• Utilize data, feedback, and learning analytics to assess program effectiveness, monitor outcomes, and continuously enhance learning experiences.

• Leverage learning technologies (e.g., LMS/LXP, digital content platforms) and investigate AI-enabled tools to improve learning design, personalization, and efficiency.

• Empower managers and leaders to reinforce learning through toolkits, coaching guides, and practical application resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong capability to design, deliver, and facilitate learning experiences for both small and large groups, in-person, virtual, and hybrid, across varied audiences.

• Proven ability to utilize data and insights to guide decision-making, influence stakeholders, and assess learning impact.

• Demonstrated project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives concurrently in a dynamic environment.

• Strong consulting and partnership abilities; capable of working effectively with all organizational levels.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Creative, inquisitive, and solution-focused, with a commitment to continuous improvement and experimentation.

• 4–6+ years of experience in learning & development, enablement, instructional design, or related fields.

• Experience in crafting blended and scalable learning solutions that facilitate real-world application.

• Proficiency in eLearning design and development tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia), with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Foundational knowledge of digital and AI fluency, with the capability to explore and responsibly implement new tools to enhance learning outcomes.
