Learning & Development Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement learning programs that foster employee growth at all levels, from onboarding to leadership training.

• Perform regular assessments of learning needs by collaborating with team leaders to pinpoint skill deficiencies and development priorities.

• Establish and sustain a scalable learning infrastructure, which includes a learning management system (LMS) and a well-structured onboarding curriculum.

• Produce engaging training materials in various formats, such as e-learning modules, workshops, toolkits, and self-directed resources.

• Enhance our feedback processes by creating supportive materials and training the team on communication and managerial enablement content.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on the success of learning initiatives, utilizing data to perpetually enhance programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within a dynamic, growing environment like a tech startup or scale-up.

• A university degree in a relevant field, such as organizational psychology.

• Certification as a Business Coach or Mediator.

• A demonstrated history of designing and delivering impactful learning programs.

• Ability to work independently and manage a program from conception to execution with minimal guidance.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with leaders across different organizational levels.

• Data-driven mindset, using metrics to assess and enhance the learning programs you oversee.

• Proficiency in both English and German (C1+).

• Comfort in a fully remote working environment, with the capability to foster community and engagement in a distributed team.

• Ability to bring organization and clarity to ambiguous situations and prioritize tasks when everything appears urgent.
