This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Oversee the analysis, design, and development of comprehensive learning solutions that align with business objectives, performance gaps, and the overall enterprise learning strategy.
• Utilize adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design to craft scalable, role-based learning experiences.
• Create blended learning solutions that encompass instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and in-line content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, vendors, and business stakeholders to convert complex processes and IT systems into effective educational materials.
• Facilitate the successful rollout of new systems, processes, and solutions through targeted training and enablement strategies.
• Enhance user adoption by working closely with key stakeholder groups while designing learning experiences that promote correct system usage and desired business outcomes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and adoption metrics, leveraging insights to continuously enhance training results and key performance indicator attainment.
• Utilize digital learning and emerging technologies to boost learner engagement, accessibility, and performance impact.
• Identify opportunities to modernize learning delivery methods through the use of learning platforms, multimedia, and innovative instructional strategies.
• Remain updated on trends in learning and development, sharing innovative practices to continuously enhance learning effectiveness.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational behavior, human resources, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in instructional design, training, or a relevant field.
• Proven expertise in e-learning development.
• Experience in performance consulting and conducting training needs assessments.
• Familiarity with adult learning and development methodologies and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to implement various development approaches that encompass formal training, relationship-based, and experience-based development (70-20-10 model of learning and development).
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
• At least 3 years of experience leading a team of 2 or more learning specialists.
