This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist in the creation of educational materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids.
• Aid in the facilitation of training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs.
• Perform research on effective practices in corporate learning, leadership development, and employee engagement.
• Help assess the effectiveness of training programs by collecting feedback and analyzing relevant data.
• Manage and refresh learning records, training schedules, and employee development strategies.
• Contribute to various Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) initiatives.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program focusing on Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.
• Strong enthusiasm for learning and development, training, or organizational effectiveness.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working both independently and in a team setting.
