Learning and Development Specialist – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• In this role, you will report to the Team Lead - Learning and Development and play a crucial part in designing and implementing effective learning experiences.

• Collaborate with the L&D team lead to enhance the Organizational Onboarding process by integrating current company materials.

• Review and execute strategic design enhancements to existing learning programs to maximize their quality and boost learner engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of adult learning programs.

• Proficiency in managing the content development life cycle, from needs analysis to evaluation, while utilizing instructional design best practices.

• An aptitude for converting complex information into engaging and effective learning experiences.

• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Articulate 360, Workday Learning, Survey Monkey, and AI technologies (including Synthesia) is considered a plus.
