This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
β’ Create and enhance content utilizing various modalities, such as video, simulation, in-person learning, live virtual learning, and web-based formats.
β’ Employ tools including Articulate Storyline/Rise, Camtasia, and Microsoft Office/PowerPoint.
β’ Design and deliver training programs for all team members, ensuring that the content is specific to roles and aligned with organizational objectives.
β’ Ensure the accuracy and consistency of training materials by obtaining prior approval for any changes or new content from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and Legal.
β’ Lead specialized Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) sessions on topics such as DOT BAT, Urine Collection, DOT guidelines, EPS, Spirometry, POC testing, OSHA compliance, QA protocols, and other topics requested by management, delivered virtually to team members across all markets.
β’ Assess learner performance by observing behaviors and identifying issues such as poor attitude, skill gaps, attendance challenges, or training difficulties, and relay findings to clinical field trainers, Multi-Site Managers, and Human Resources.
β’ Assist with project management activities, including the creation and updating of detailed project plans.
β’ Evaluate existing training and data to propose new training programs, updates, development tools, and applications.
β’ Support departmental goals and priorities by maintaining training records, reporting on program progress, and coordinating logistics for VILT sessions.
β’ Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
β’ Experience in instructional design, learning and development (L&D), and facilitating training sessions.
β’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse groups.
β’ Knowledge of adult learning theories and principles.
β’ Proficient in developing, designing, and editing instructional materials.
β’ Expertise in programs such as Articulate RISE 360, Storyline, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Vyond, Camtasia, Monday.com, and Smartsheet.
β’ Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including multiple Outlook accounts, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
β’ Skilled in organizing, prioritizing, and effectively managing multiple tasks.
β’ Proven ability to deliver engaging and impactful educational content.
β’ Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong focus on accuracy in content and logistics.
β’ Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
