Learning and Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the daily configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of LMS integrations, including HRIS, CRM, SSO, IdP, proctoring, assessment, and content libraries.

• Create and sustain API-based connections and data synchronization, while developing technical runbooks and incident response documentation.

• Collaborate with IT and Security teams on matters of authentication and authorization, including SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM provisioning, and governance.

• Design comprehensive data models and pipelines from the LMS to analytics platforms such as Power BI or Tableau, guaranteeing the accuracy and timeliness of KPIs.

• Develop executive and operational dashboards that encompass metrics such as adoption, completion rates, time to competency, NPS, CSAT, cohort performance, and readiness for certification.

• Implement data quality standards, perform reconciliation checks, and maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

• Automate high-volume workflows including user provisioning, enrollments, tagging, certificate issuance, and crediting through RPA, no-code tools, or scripts.

• Oversee release testing and change control processes, which include sandbox validation, UAT coordination, and phased rollouts.

• Keep a clear and accessible backlog and sprint board in Microsoft Planner, while monitoring SLAs for incidents and requests.

• Act as the technical liaison with the LMS and key vendors such as Honorlock, addressing and resolving integration challenges.

• Convert business requirements from Learning, GTM, and leadership into scalable technical solutions.

• Provide support and enablement for admins and content teams through the creation of SOPs, job aids, and quick reference guides.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in learning technologies, data or BI, systems analysis, or similar technical roles.

• Practical experience with LMS administration and integrations, with a preference for Docebo experience, as well as familiarity with proctoring or assessment tools like Honorlock or similar.

• Proficient in APIs, REST, JSON, and basic scripting using PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript, or experience with no-code or low-code automation platforms.

• Working knowledge of SSO, IdP, SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and role-based access control.

• Strong capabilities in data modeling and business intelligence, with a preference for Power BI, advanced Excel skills, and intermediate SQL for data preparation and validation.

• Understanding of SCORM, xAPI, content packaging, and learning data standards.

• Excellent documentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively across functions to bridge business and technical aspects.
