This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Build and manage a high-achieving Learning & Development team comprising instructional designers, developers, QA analysts, and implementation specialists.
• Define the Learning & Development strategy and roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Oversee the complete design and delivery of learning solutions.
• Drive the scalable production and delivery of content to satisfy the increasing learning demands of the organization.
• Establish processes, frameworks, and quality standards for the development of learning materials.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders across various business units.
• Monitor the effectiveness of programs through learning analytics and performance metrics.
• Promote innovation in learning methodologies, including digital, blended, and experiential learning.
• Manage budgets, vendor partnerships, and resource allocation.
• Assist in scaling the Learning & Development operating model, encompassing delivery frameworks, governance, and resource planning to facilitate enterprise growth.
• 10-15 years of experience in learning & development, with a focus on leadership.
• An advanced degree in HR, Learning, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in building or scaling Learning & Development teams.
• Familiarity with contemporary learning technologies and learning experience platforms.
