Learning and Development Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee onboarding processes using Sana (our AI-driven LMS)

• Monitor progress, maintain records, conduct regular analyses, and provide actionable insights

• Facilitate a seamless experience for new hires worldwide by supporting their integration journeys

• Address employee inquiries and challenges related to the LMS and learning policies

• Create and enhance a standard operating procedure for administrators

• Manage course assignments, ensure catalogue accuracy, and uphold platform quality

• Produce basic reports and insights regarding learner engagement

• Develop simple learning modules utilizing AI-driven tools

• Collaborate with and guide internal teams to transform knowledge into organized content

• Keep trackers, SOPs, and documentation updated

• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners

• Facilitate sessions end-to-end (setup, communication, attendance, feedback)

• Evaluate feedback and pinpoint areas for enhancement

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent graduate or final-year student in HR, Business, Psychology, EdTech, or related disciplines

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Excellent written communication skills, capable of producing clear, organized content

• Self-motivated and dependable - you take initiative without needing close oversight

• Proficient in using tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.)

• Enthusiastic about exploring new tools (AI tools, productivity applications, etc.) and learning independently

• Skilled in creating simple, well-structured content — slides, documents, or basic visual designs

• Advanced expertise in Google Sheets (or Excel) with a comfort level in handling data and performing basic analyses

• Naturally inquisitive — you often ask “how does this work?” when investigating new platforms
