Learning and Development Expert – Programs & Content

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute training programs and materials ranging from onboarding to workshops.

• Design and manage e-learning modules, onboarding curricula, toolkits, and workshop content.

• Assist in conducting learning needs assessments with team leaders.

• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions along with feedback cycles.

• Evaluate training feedback and outcomes to enhance programs and content.

• Partner with the LMS and Data specialist on metrics, analytics, and reporting procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, training, or instructional design.

• Skillful in creative content development with a structured, self-motivated approach in a remote-first setting.

• Hands-on experience as a user of a Learning Management System (LMS).

• Strong numerical skills for analyzing training data.

• Proficient in English and German (C1+ level).

• Must be based in and authorized to work in Germany.

• Preferred: familiarity with instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE.

• Preferred: experience in facilitation or workshop moderation.

• Preferred: background or certification in coaching.
