Learning and Development Expert – LMS, Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and oversee the LMS, encompassing course layout, user management, automation processes, and reporting functionalities.

• Gather and evaluate learning KPIs, such as completion rates, engagement metrics, and skill-gap information, then convert them into intuitive dashboards.

• Assist in learning needs assessments through data analysis, including skill matrices and identifying training gaps within teams.

• Generate regular reports assessing the impact of learning initiatives for leadership teams.

• Serve as the technical liaison for LMS integrations with various HR systems.

• Facilitate the organization and execution of training sessions and feedback loops.

• Manage the technical and data infrastructure that supports the learning ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR analytics, HR controlling, or a similar data-intensive role.

• Hands-on experience in building or managing an LMS, such as Personio, Docebo, or TalentLMS.

• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and a data-driven approach to decision-making within an L&D context.

• Analytical and structured mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.

• Conceptual thinking skills relevant to project execution.

• Fluent in both English and German (C1+ level).

• Must be based in Germany and authorized to work there.

• Familiarity with BI tools like Looker or Tableau is a plus.

• Experience with LMS integrations and APIs is an additional benefit.
