This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Ensure all talent achieve elevated satisfaction and performance metrics (NPS 9+).

• Drive 100% participation in coaching sessions and active enrollment in upskilling initiatives.

• Identify and flag upselling opportunities to the client success team.

• Mitigate risks by proactively addressing performance or engagement concerns.

• Directly contribute to client retention, talent development, and the organization’s overall operational excellence.

• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with your talent portfolio.

• Act as the primary advocate for talent, offering resources, coaching, and guidance.

• Monitor individual performance metrics and KPIs.

• Conduct regular check-ins and address issues swiftly.

• Capture talent referrals and identify opportunities to offer additional resources to clients.

• Design and maintain customized upskilling programs tailored to individual and client needs.

• Facilitate onboarding bootcamps and training sessions.

• Ensure ongoing development for all talent under your supervision.

• Document all talent communications, NPS scores, risk levels, and development plans within systems.

• Track PTO and attendance-related issues.

• Proactively escalate red flags and coordinate with client success teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in talent management, HR, or workforce operations.

• Demonstrated success in managing high-performing teams or portfolios.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with remote teams.

• Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

• Experience with performance tracking, coaching, and professional development programs.

• Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)

• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.

• Exposure to international talent operations or remote workforce management.

• Familiarity with HR technology platforms and CRM systems.
