Learner Resolution Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for coordinating the intake and prompt resolution of student complaints and disputes.

• Acts as the primary contact for the routing, escalation, and resolution of student-related issues.

• Evaluates dispute resolution data and suggests or initiates modifications to policies and procedures based on data trends.

• Works collaboratively with internal departments to aid in addressing student complaints and concerns.

• Frequently engages with constituents and strives towards de-escalation.

• Assesses and enhances dispute resolution practices and procedures.

• Bachelor's Degree

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities

• Understanding of dispute resolution practices and procedures

• Capability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

• Must possess the ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive matters with discretion and tact.
