Learner Experience Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for learners from the onboarding stage until course completion.

• Facilitate individual and group support sessions for learners across various time zones.

• Assist learners in developing study plans and managing their progress towards completion.

• Proactively identify and resolve learning or engagement issues, providing practical solutions.

• Ensure clear and timely communication through email, chat, and video conferencing.

• Work in collaboration with facilitators, mentors, and career coaches to help learners achieve their goals.

• Track learner performance and engagement using various monitoring tools and reports.

• Gather and analyze feedback from learners to suggest improvements in processes.

• Offer support to alumni and nurture a sense of community among former participants.

⛳️ Requirements

• A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in student support, customer success, or learner engagement within educational or training settings.

• Proven ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with a diverse range of learners.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Experience in facilitating online sessions or coaching learners is preferred.

• Familiarity with digital education platforms and online learning environments.

• Empathetic, proactive, and capable of handling sensitive information with professionalism.

• A solid sense of accountability and ownership regarding learner outcomes.
