Leadership & Talent Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• As a key member of the Capability, Leadership, and Talent team, this position will support a group of program managers in the design, development, and implementation of learning solutions that are part of the firm's leadership and talent initiatives.

• Manage and coordinate the rollout of CLT solutions, which includes: Actively tracking project plans, communication strategies, budgets, and invoicing.

• Create high-quality evaluation methods to ensure outstanding delivery and ongoing enhancement of programs.

• Optimize processes in conjunction with new technology.

• Ensure that the scheduling, resource allocation, and governance of CLT solutions are consistent with the broader team's processes.

• Collaborate with Learning Operations to guarantee the timely and efficient implementation of programs and coaching.

• Develop and assist in the organization of virtual learning programs utilizing various learning technology platforms.

• Aid in the capacity planning and resource management of solutions, working alongside coaches, facilitators, and vendors.

• Communicate effectively and manage relationships with internal stakeholders to improve the program experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in learning, leadership, or adult development.

• Prior instructional design experience for digital, virtual, and face-to-face environments.

• Capability to independently drive projects and manage them from start to finish.

• Degree in Organisational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, Change Management, or other applicable fields.
