Leadership Development Facilitator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate in the facilitation of leadership development programs within FMI's Custom Cohort Programs alongside Senior Facilitators.

• Create engaging learning experiences by leading discussions, activities, and segments of program content that encourage participant reflection and practical application.

• Cultivate inclusive and psychologically safe learning environments that foster engagement, collaboration, and growth.

• Establish strong relationships with participants while enhancing the overall client experience through professionalism, responsiveness, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Work closely with Senior Facilitators, the Custom Cohorts Operations Manager, and internal teams to prepare for and execute successful client engagements.

• Modify your facilitation style based on participant needs, group dynamics, and client objectives.

• Engage in preparation meetings, delivery debriefs, and ongoing facilitator development to continually enhance your facilitation, communication, and group management skills.

• Broaden your knowledge of leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and the construction industry through continuous client engagement and professional growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, psychology, education, communications, or a related field is preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience in facilitation, training, leadership development, coaching, teaching, consulting, or a related field.

• Proven experience in leading groups, presenting, facilitating discussions, or delivering educational experiences.

• A strong passion for leadership development, adult learning, and supporting others in their growth.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Demonstrated adaptability, curiosity, and openness to coaching and constructive feedback.

• Ability to excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities.

• A professional demeanor with the capability to build rapport with diverse audiences.

• Willingness to travel extensively across the United States (50–70%).
