Leadership Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with leaders and emerging managers aiming to enhance their skills and effectiveness.

• Provide coaching and mentoring in areas such as change management, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, ethical leadership, diversity and inclusion, innovation and creativity, problem-solving, and time management.

• Assist clients in developing proficiency in AI fundamentals, AI strategy, AI automation, and team AI upskilling.

• Proven leadership or management experience.

• Previous experience in coaching or mentoring.

• A well-defined, structured methodology for guiding clients through complex organizational challenges.
