Leadership Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with private equity and corporate clients to evaluate, develop, and mentor fund-level investors, CEOs, C-suite executives, and leadership teams across various portfolios, functions, and regions.

• Provide actionable insights and impactful recommendations regarding leadership challenges, organizational effectiveness, and team capability enhancement.

• Counsel clients on essential priorities including CEO succession, leadership development, and team performance.

• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with executive-level clients, demonstrating the ability to influence through data, empathy, and a profound understanding of their motivations.

• Lead projects by analyzing qualitative data, pinpointing key solutions, and steering strategic outcomes that shape client strategies.

• Empower teams and drive actionable results that improve leadership and organizational performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• MBA with relevant strategy consulting experience, PhD, or registered organizational psychologist (typically 7+ years of experience) is preferred.

• Outstanding ability to establish and maintain relationships with senior-level clients.

• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from intricate data sets.

• Proven capability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

• A solid track record of achievements in leadership advisory, management consulting, or a related field.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to convey complex ideas clearly to executive audiences.

• An entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for how leadership can enhance organizational performance.

• Proficiency in English and German is required.
