This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Implement and configure large-scale Workday solutions for global clients
• Lead a project workstream effectively
• Cultivate relationships with clients, designing and delivering solutions that meet their requirements
• Provide exceptional support and guidance to clients
• Mentor junior team members and share your expertise with them
• Workday Payroll Certification with a comprehensive understanding of Australian Payroll
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with clients and colleagues with impact, credibility, and empathy, even in a remote setting
• Proficient in formally presenting to senior client stakeholders
• Solid commercial awareness and a thorough understanding of project and business dynamics
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and make informed decisions under pressure
• Capable of leading a functional workstream on a primary implementation throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Ready to serve as a role model within the team and mentor or line manage junior consultants
• Prepared to assist in the sales process, including preparing estimates for the delivery of work packages
• Commercial understanding of utilization within a services organization
