• Oversee and facilitate the end-to-end implementation and configuration of WMS projects.
• Evaluate business, functional, and integration requirements to create efficient WMS solutions.
• Set up essential WMS modules including Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Returns, Picking, Shipping, and more.
• Work alongside internal and client teams to craft custom logic utilizing client configuration and extensibility tools.
• Assist with API testing (for instance, using Postman) and coordinate system integrations with ERP, OMS, TMS, and MHE/automation systems.
• Create, assess, enhance, and manage SQL queries and stored procedures within relational databases such as Oracle and MySQL.
• Conduct root-cause analysis, debugging, and performance tuning of queries, stored procedures, indexing, and execution plans.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders throughout SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live stages.
• Address production issues and solve both functional and technical problems within established SLAs.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies and contribute to initiatives focused on continuous improvement.
• Ensure high standards of documentation including technical designs, test plans, runbooks, and configuration records.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6-8 years of experience in WMS implementations or supply chain execution systems.
• A strong techno-functional background in any WMS platform.
• Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse workflows: receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns, etc.
• Advanced SQL skills, including the design and optimization of stored procedures, complex queries, indexing, and performance tuning on relational databases like Oracle and MySQL.
• Familiarity with API testing tools and system integrations (ERP/OMS/TMS/MHE).
• Proven troubleshooting and debugging abilities across application, integration, and data layers.
