Lead Web Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversees the technical infrastructure of Sedgwick’s enterprise web platform.

• Guarantees that Sedgwick’s web ecosystem is discoverable, high-performing, scalable, and resilient.

• Directs the technical execution of SEO and AIO strategies throughout the platform.

• Collaborates with DevOps on CI/CD processes without taking ownership of infrastructure or pipelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or Digital Media is preferred.

• A minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in web engineering or a suitable combination of education and experience is necessary.

• In-depth knowledge of Core Web Vitals, performance diagnostics, and front-end performance optimization methods.

• Acquainted with SEO tools (such as Semrush, RankMath) and digital analytics platforms (like Google Analytics).
