This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Lead comprehensive experiences that assist administrators in the creation, design, and organization of Branded Products.
• Take ownership of the user experience for the ProShop Asset Management team from initial discovery to final delivery.
• Apply user-centered design principles to develop simple and intuitive solutions for complex challenges.
• Engage actively in discovery, detailed design, execution, and iterative processes.
• Independently or collaboratively create user flows, wireframes, UI designs, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address product challenges, formulate solutions, define requirements, and set priorities.
• Assist in identifying and prioritizing strategic product design initiatives.
• Work alongside data, consumer insights, and UX research teams to guide product direction and validate concepts.
• Ensure alignment with the VistaPrint design system and adherence to VistaPrint Pro marketing brand guidelines.
• Promote user-centered design practices throughout the domain and VistaPrint.
• Influence and synchronize the product roadmap to deliver experiences centered on customer needs.
• Must reside in Spain.
• Over 5 years of experience in designing sophisticated digital products, ideally enterprise tools.
• A minimum of 4 years of collaborative experience working with product, engineering, design, content, and user research teams.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI skills through various case studies.
• Experience in utilizing AI within design projects.
• Proficient in using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform design choices.
• Capability to transition between high-level and detailed design, as well as between future concepts and immediate implementations.
• Ability to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships with designers, product managers, and engineers.
• Proficient in clearly presenting design concepts and solutions to diverse audiences.
• Highly skilled in typography, hierarchy, color, composition, contrast, and the fundamentals of graphic design.
• Enthusiasm for design trends, tools, processes, and methodologies.
• Proficient with design tools such as Figma.
• Concrete examples of utilizing AI tools to expedite research, discovery, and prototyping, including Lovable, Open Code, Cursor, or Paper.
• Experience in collaborating with globally distributed teams and/or navigating highly matrixed organizations.
• A relevant degree in Design or HCI is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Experience in planning, moderating, and executing goal-oriented workshops is a plus.
• Experience in designing for responsive web and native mobile platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of identifying and prioritizing features as well as participating in complex roadmap planning is a plus.
