Contract Design Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation of detailed strategies for category negotiations.

• Handle the complete lifecycle of contracts.

• Analyze intricate market trend data and research to deliver expert advice and actionable insights.

• Ensure effective communication of clinically or operationally significant information, including product recalls/alerts, benefits, educational opportunities, and contract announcements.

• Engage end-users and stakeholders to shape strategies and reach consensus on contract awards.

• Verify that contracts adhere to professional, clinical, and operational standards.

• Conduct routine evaluations of contract performance alongside onsite Integration teams or key stakeholders.

• Optimize value delivery and proactively share pertinent information.

• Supervise associates on a daily basis, including hiring, training, onboarding, professional development, coaching, and providing feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with a minimum of 3 years of cumulative experience OR an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in contract category management, with a strong preference for pharmacy contract category management experience.

• Professional background in a Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) or a complex healthcare supply chain environment, ideally managing pharmaceutical or clinical categories.

• Preferred 3 years of leadership or management experience.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
