Lead UX Designer

📋 Description

• Spearhead design initiatives by analyzing user needs and experiences to implement strategic enhancements

• Perform user research and assess feedback to guide design choices

• Outline user flows, states, and system responses to ensure clear and predictable experiences

• Collaborate with designers, researchers, and engineers to assess design proposals

• Provide design leadership and shape strategic product and UX decisions

• Deliver results that enhance team success and create measurable user impact

• Advanced expertise in Figma

• Strong background in information architecture and interaction design

• Capability to convert user feedback and research into actionable insights for UX and Product teams

• Exceptional collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Design inclusive and accessible experiences in line with established standards and best practices

• Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, interaction trends, and customer expectations

• Experience in mentoring and guiding less-experienced designers
