Lead User Experience Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Ensure that the design initiatives are in sync with our client's business goals.

• Collaborate closely with the 3Pillar engagement team and clients to craft exceptional designs that please the end users.

• Work alongside global delivery teams (including Product Management, Engineering, and Program Management) to advise clients on their business challenges.

• Utilize Agile methodologies to deliver outstanding products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing UX role.

• At least 3 years of experience in consulting.

• Proficiency in handling complex digital products, business logic, processes, and a diverse range of clients.

• Experience in organizational leadership, including the ability to work with and influence teams and executive leadership.

• A proven history of problem-solving and a proactive “roll up your sleeves” approach.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to see the larger picture amidst the details.

• Experience collaborating with global teams.

• High cultural awareness.

• Background in facilitating workshops.

• A relationship builder who is highly empathetic and collaborative, capable of engaging with mid to senior-level stakeholders to drive decision-making.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clarify, persuade, and synthesize extensive information into a concise message.

• Practical knowledge and experience in Agile practices and Lean methodologies to develop top-tier products.
