Lead User Experience Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Develop a sophisticated and user-friendly product design that not only engages users but also meets our clients’ business goals.

• Ensure that the design initiatives are in harmony with our client’s business objectives.

• Collaborate closely with the 3Pillar engagement team and clients to produce exceptional designs that please the end users.

• Advise clients on business challenges; provide top-tier products utilizing Agile methodologies; and foster growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-focused UX role.

• At least 3 years of experience in a consulting capacity.

• Proficiency in working with complex digital products, business logic, processes, and diverse clientele.

• Experience in organizational leadership, including working with and influencing teams and executive stakeholders.

• A proven history of problem-solving with a hands-on approach.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to grasp the broader perspective amid intricate details.

• Experience collaborating with global teams.

• High cultural awareness.

• Experience in leading workshops.

• Skilled in relationship building, highly empathetic and cooperative, able to engage with mid to senior-level stakeholders to facilitate decision-making.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate, persuade, and distill extensive information into a clear, concise message.

• Practical knowledge and experience in Agile practices and Lean methodologies to create top-tier products.
