This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversees various levels of Underwriters in making lower-level rating decisions and updating rating models.

• Conducts regular meetings with staff to assess performance through direct observation and mentoring.

• Evaluates claims experience, demographics (such as age and gender), industry specifics, enrollment figures, benefit plan options, geographic areas, network accessibility, and competitor insights.

• Prepares Requests for Proposals from consultants, along with detailed explanations of rate changes for both renewing and prospective clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's Degree - (Mandatory)

• At least 8 years of relevant work experience (Mandatory)

• Proficient in: Insurance Finance and Actuarial Concepts, Insurance Legal and Regulatory Framework
