Lead UI/UX Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Establish how design processes are implemented within the company.

• Take ownership of the entire design lifecycle and develop impactful applications from the ground up.

• Produce deliverables at each phase of UI design, ranging from prototypes and mockups to production-ready assets.

• Manage and enhance design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across various products.

• Work closely with Product and Development teams to design new features and updates that significantly impact our products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related design discipline.

• Demonstrated experience as a UX/UI Designer (covering the full spectrum: from discovery to UI implementation).

• A keen artistic eye for color and composition.

• Practical experience in mobile application design for both iOS and Android platforms.

• Involvement in launching applications from inception (preferably those with millions of users or significant business impact).

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Expertise in various asset creation types:

• - Bitmap assets (images, illustrations, icons)

• - Vector assets (icons, logos, scalable UI components)

• - High-fidelity interactive prototypes

• - Store assets (app screenshots & videos)

• - Lottie animations (for micro-interactions)

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Proficient spoken and written English skills.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
