This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.
• Oversee and implement technical projects within designated squads, taking full responsibility from start to finish.
• Propel cross-functional technical initiatives across various teams and departments.
• Manage project timelines while proactively identifying and communicating potential risks and delays.
• Track project advancement and ensure the timely achievement of technical milestones.
• Recognize and address technical risks throughout the duration of the project.
• Conduct technical program reviews and provide status updates to senior leadership.
• Effectively manage stakeholder relationships and inter-team dependencies.
• Collaborate closely with Product Development and Engineering teams to ensure successful feature delivery.
• Enhance communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Lead sprint planning sessions by setting clear acceptance criteria and collaborating with the development team to establish feasible delivery timelines.
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings to monitor progress, identify obstacles, and ensure team alignment with sprint objectives.
• Extensive experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM).
• Proven ability to manage timelines and budget tracking.
• Proficient in stakeholder management.
• Experience in comprehensive project execution from beginning to end.
• Familiarity with working alongside technical teams.
• Ability to comprehend technical language and stay updated on new technologies.
• Strong financial tracking skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets.
