• Oversee the schedules and performance of multiple technicians

• Effectively communicate with technicians to offer clear instructions

• Respond promptly and positively to both management and customers

• Skilled in texturing and refinishing plaster services

• Willingness and ability to work on new walls and ceilings, as well as repair existing ones

• Capable of determining and accurately identifying the appropriate materials and quantities needed for new and ongoing projects

• Assess customer requests, price projects, troubleshoot issues, and articulate work order details to customers

• Fit and secure wallboard or sheetrock in designated locations

• Measure and mark cutting lines on framing, drywall, and trim

• Install insulation between studs and attach a plastic moisture barrier over the installation

• Remove plaster, drywall, or paneling as needed

• Utilize basic mobile technology tools such as Gmail, text messaging, and the company’s CRM application (training will be provided for CRM)

• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead by example

• Must possess a smartphone with a data plan

• Basic understanding of mobile technology including Gmail and text messaging

• Must have all necessary tools for drywall repair

• A vehicle in good working condition is required

• Highly task-oriented

• Ability to organize and manage a weekly work schedule effectively
