This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver consistent technical support and manage cases on a daily basis via phone, email, and various communication channels.
• Analyze technical issues, replicate problems as necessary, and collaborate with Product Line teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Offer suggestions for repairs, upgrades, and parts replacements.
• Keep precise records in quality management, customer relationship management, and ERP systems.
• Recognize training needs and take initiative for personal development while mentoring others.
• Create documentation and maintain a knowledge database filled with technical insights.
• Track the status and update critical case reports on outstanding issues.
• Take full responsibility for ownership, follow-through, and resolution of tier 3 and 4 cases.
• A degree in Engineering or a Technologist Diploma, along with relevant work experience.
• At least five years of experience in the industry (preferably in the energy sector or transformer industry).
• Strong familiarity with GE Vernova Monitoring and Diagnostics devices.
• Proficiency in a second language is an added advantage.
