This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement and integrate the product within complex enterprise settings
• Collaborate directly with customers after the sale to ensure technical success
• Tackle challenging technical issues involving AI agents, MCP integrations, and security tools
• Act as the technical liaison between customers and the engineering team
• Play a key role in shaping the forward-deployed / solutions engineering function as an early team member
• 5-6 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing capacity (solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or a similar role); outstanding candidates with a few years of experience will be considered
• Solid foundation in computer science or statistics along with a strong academic background
• Experience in a startup or consulting environment with real-time customer interaction
• Proven software and technical capabilities, along with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, professional setting
