Lead Technical Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Solution Architects to gather, refine, and validate both business and technical requirements.

• Transform business objectives into technical specifications, user stories, process flows, and data models.

• Conduct comprehensive technical, business, and data analysis across various product offerings and client engagements.

• Interact with clients to comprehend integration, configuration, and deployment needs.

• Contribute to event-driven, microservices-oriented solutions utilizing contemporary cloud and container platforms.

• Assist in domain modeling by applying Domain-Driven Design principles.

• Establish acceptance criteria, aid in test planning and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support release readiness.

• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sessions for cross-functional alignment.

• Connect engineering, QA, product, and client stakeholders effectively.

• Aid in designing secure, scalable, cloud-native platforms across AWS, GCP, and Azure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mandatory experience in the UK Public Sector or Utilities.

• Demonstrated experience as a Technical or Systems Business Analyst within a software or product-centric environment.

• Solid understanding of cloud-native and distributed systems architectures.

• Familiarity with Java, Kafka, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with event-driven architectures, big data flows, and asynchronous systems.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, architecture specifications, and API contracts.

• In-depth understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and agile methodologies.

• Strong experience in AWS or Azure environments.

• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

• Analytical mindset with a talent for solving complex technical challenges.

• Exposure to regulated sectors such as BFSI, healthcare, telecom, or public sector.

• Familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger, RESTful services, and API-first design approaches.

• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Git.

• Previous involvement in cloud infrastructure or platform teams.
