This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
β’ Establish the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML product functionalities (JobHunt Engine).
β’ Assume complete responsibility for the product lifecycle from hypothesis formulation to achieving scaled impact, prioritizing business outcomes over mere model performance.
β’ Convert business challenges into ML hypotheses and actionable solutions.
β’ Collaborate closely with ML engineers and data scientists to outline data requirements, evaluation methodologies, model oversight, and delivery workflows.
β’ Create and implement rapid, practical validation cycles.
β’ Develop clear hypotheses (Problem β Mechanism β Impact β Metric), select appropriate validation techniques, and make data-informed go/no-go decisions amidst uncertainty.
β’ Work in tandem with Engineering, Data Science, and business teams.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of ML/LLM fundamentals (NLP, recommendation systems, etc.).
β’ Practical experience in developing and scaling AI-driven features (matching, ranking, personalization).
β’ Familiarity with contemporary AI/ML concepts: evaluation frameworks, RAG, agents, model monitoring.
β’ Capability to establish data pipelines, metrics, and operational processes alongside ML engineering teams.
β’ Preferred: hands-on experience in a Data Science, Data Analyst, or ML Engineer capacity.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in a Product Manager position, ideally within a data-centric or ML-focused sector (HRTech experience is a significant advantage).
β’ Demonstrated ability to formulate and rigorously test product/ML hypotheses utilizing statistical techniques (A/B testing, significance, confidence intervals).
β’ Proficient in reasoning about probability, causality, and data constraints to make well-informed decisions.
β’ Entrepreneurial & Hands-on: Possessing a "Let's build it" mindset. Capable of creating quick prototypes and testing concepts without excessive engineering. Comfortable with "building with sticks and glue" for rapid learning.
β’ Outcome-Oriented: Takes ownership of the business results, not solely the AI model. Pragmatic and willing to streamline or discard features that do not drive impact.
β’ Excels in Ambiguity: Able to navigate uncertainty, conflicting model outputs, and noisy data. Structured thinker who can clarify complex situations.
β’ Proficient in English and Russian, with exceptional communication skills for both technical (Engineers, Data Scientists) and non-technical stakeholders.
