This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Utilize systems thinking to promote the adoption of Talent Acquisition (TA) standard operations, enhance recruiting processes and tools, and maintain high data integrity.
• Develop and uphold enterprise-wide TA standard work instructions through the application of lean methodologies; act as a regional expert for TA enterprise standards in the APAC region.
• Collaborate with service delivery teams and stakeholders to modernize the hiring experience with a solutions-focused mindset; ensure that TA teams are empowered and prepared for success.
• Lead complex, large-scale global initiatives and projects that enhance our Talent Acquisition capabilities and bolster the value of our function.
• Utilize your influencing skills and active listening to facilitate change and encourage adoption.
• Discover and implement tailored opportunities to achieve efficiencies, enhance stakeholder experiences, accelerate processes through automation and simplification, and improve TA data hygiene.
• Assist in shaping strategies to standardize and streamline essential TA infrastructure components; identify and enact improvements to ensure our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) operates exceptionally.
• Create and sustain enterprise-wide TA standard work instructions utilizing lean methodologies.
• Act as a subject matter expert for selected recruiting tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with internal HR technology teams and external technology providers to develop learning plans aimed at enhancing user capabilities.
• Contribute to the development and support of stakeholder training materials to equip recruiters and people leaders with the skills needed to attract top talent and drive organizational success; monitor adoption through data analysis.
• Manage existing relationships with key suppliers, cultivate effective partnerships, and oversee supplier accountability, performance, and compliance in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships across the APAC region with key stakeholders, including Legal and Compliance teams.
• Perform data validation to ensure the highest level of data accuracy and quality by reinforcing adherence to standard work practices.
• Provide comprehensive analysis and valuable insights from data to support informed decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific and local regulations across APAC, including adherence to GE Vernova company policies, data privacy laws, and TA CoE standard work.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, belonging, growth, and continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about the external TA landscape, including best practices, trends, and technological innovations, and highlight those that may be beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least seven (7) years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of five (5) years focused on Talent Acquisition operations in a global, fast-paced setting.
• Extensive knowledge of the full life cycle of recruitment.
• Proven experience in promoting the adoption of processes/programs and successfully guiding stakeholders through change in a global, matrixed organization.
• Familiarity with and demonstrated practical application of basic lean principles.
• Experience in effective supplier relationship management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of government compliance requirements across APAC markets.
• Proficient experience with TA tools and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday) and their reporting capabilities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Results-driven with an analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to prioritize competing tasks in an organized fashion, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Willingness to participate in select calls across global time zones.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10% as needed.
• Strong proficiency in the English language (speaking, writing, and reading).
