Lead Talent Acquisition Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Maintain and refresh candidate records in Greenhouse ATS.

• Ensure data accuracy and adherence to recruiting protocols.

• Create reports and dashboards to support the needs of recruiters and hiring managers.

• Serve as the initial contact for any ATS-related issues, troubleshooting and escalating technical problems as needed.

• Coordinate recruitment activities across various regions and time zones.

• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR colleagues globally to ensure effective communication and alignment.

• Adjust scheduling and processes to meet global hiring requirements.

• Work with recruiters and hiring managers to arrange interviews across different time zones.

• Communicate logistical details to candidates and interviewers, ensuring a seamless experience.

• Handle rescheduling and last-minute changes with professionalism.

• Draft, review, and manage offer letters in conjunction with recruiters.

• Verify the accuracy of compensation details, start dates, and compliance requirements.

• Monitor offer acceptance and facilitate the onboarding transition.

• Assist recruiters with candidate communication and interview scheduling.

• Oversee and manage the Background Check Process.

• Support employer branding initiatives and engage in candidate interaction activities.

• Contribute to process enhancements that improve efficiency and the candidate experience.

• Aid in the reporting process by generating scheduled and Ad Hoc reports as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination.

• Practical experience with Greenhouse ATS (or similar applicant tracking systems).

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across global teams.

• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to confidentiality.

• Problem-solving attitude with the capability to troubleshoot technical issues.
