This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Act as the primary technical expert responsible for coordinating and integrating all system components.
• Ensure that all technical aspects are integrated to satisfy performance, security, and mission objectives.
• Provide technical direction for system integration tasks across all areas of responsibility.
• Collaborate closely with the Program Manager, Lead Cybersecurity Manager, and Lead IT Solutions Architect.
• Identify and address integration challenges promptly.
• Oversee technical discrepancies and guarantee interoperability across all systems.
• Direct integration initiatives involving multi-vendor environments and intricate networked systems.
• Coordinate integration tasks with commercial internet service providers as needed.
• Perform technical analyses using industry-standard tools to guide integration choices.
• Support network modernization initiatives, including fiber, wireless, and 5G infrastructure.
• Ensure that solutions adhere to DoD cybersecurity and interoperability standards.
• A minimum of ten years of experience (within the last fifteen years) in a Systems Integration, Network Integration, or Lead Integration role coordinating complex IT and/or networked systems.
• At least five years of relevant experience (within the last seven years) leading systems integration efforts for IT solutions that are comparable in size, scope, and complexity to the contract requirements.
• A minimum of five years of experience (within the last seven years) supporting or leading network modernization efforts in multi-vendor environments.
• Hold a current certification that directly supports the technical solution being implemented, or possess a combination of experience and training.
• Have the highest-level vendor-specific certifications available for the technology being implemented, when applicable (Nokia Expert-level 5G certification OR CCIE).
• DoD 8570 Baseline & CE certifications are mandatory for all positions and may vary slightly based on the skillset needed for the role.
• Two years of experience coordinating integration efforts with commercial internet service providers.
• Five years of experience supporting DoD network integration, modernization, or enterprise IT integration initiatives.
• Five years of experience conducting technical analyses using industry-standard tools to inform integration decisions.
