Lead Strategic Creative UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the comprehensive design and execution of high-impact projects, including Branding, Web Design, Product Design, and Ad Creatives.

• Oversee a portfolio of 3-5 international clients, exercising complete autonomy.

• Achieve a delivery rate of 98%+ for all tasks within our promised rapid deadlines (48-72 hours).

• Relate and substantiate every design choice to a quantifiable business result for the client.

• Figma Mastery is essential: You can effortlessly create and utilize complex Design Systems.

• Demonstrated Efficiency: You possess a method to transition from a brief to a high-quality version 1 in hours, not days.
